Criteria for Artwork
Submissions should creatively and effectively depict "What Iwakuni means to you." Original ideas are required, and designs must adhere to all design guidelines.

Contest Rules
The competition is only open to SOFA personnel ages 14 and older. For those under 18, a signed consent form must be submitted with the artwork.
By submitting your artwork, you grant permission for your design to be used on the cover of the Local Guide Booklet.

- Name (First Name and Last Initial)
- Age (If under 18, click here for the required release form)
- Base Affiliation (Civilian, Active-Duty)

Submission Guidelines
Artwork can take various digital and hand-drawn forms, including but not limited to graphic design, digital painting, drawing, and other visual arts. The critical requirement is that the submission be in a digital format with high resolution and the correct dimensions.
AI-generated art is not accepted for this competition. All submissions must be original works created by the artist.
Artwork that does not adhere to the Guidelines below will be disqualified.
Selection Process
Ten finalists will be selected to ensure the designs meet all publication criteria. These finalists will be showcased on Facebook for community voting. This stage serves to engage the community and underscore the broader impact and appeal of the competition.
Community voting will be available September 2 - 30, 2024.
