W.A.R.R Strength & Conditioning Sessions
Experience elite-level training with W.A.R.R Strength and Conditioning, designed to elevate total body strength, enhance conditioning, and prepare participants for peak combat readiness. Inspired by Division 1 collegiate athletics, this comprehensive program blends targeted training strategies for optimal performance. Starting November 18, join us at IronWorks South Gym for sessions that push your limits and build resilience.
Class Details:
- Sessions: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Times: 0500-0600 and 0600-0700
- Capacity: Up to 40 participants per session
- Eligibility: Open to all patrons aged 18 and older, with priority given to Active-Duty members
