Hourly Care

Hourly Care is available on a first-come, first-served basis for School Age Care. Please contact the front desk of the SAC center for availability. Registration packages need to be filled out before your child can attend. Call SAC for more information.

Eligibility

Eligible users include military personnel; DOD civilian personnel paid from appropriated funds (APF) and non-appropriated funds (NAF), active duty Coast Guard, reservists on active duty or during inactive duty for training, and DOD contract personnel who are performing mission-related duty on the installation. Hourly care is offered on a space available basis and retirees may be eligible when a waiting list does not exist and space is available. We provide care for Welcome Aboard on a space available basis. Please complete all necessary paperwork prior to arriving for care. DOD regulates priority placement protocols.

Fees

Local patron fees for Children and Youth Programs are set on an annual basis using the sliding fee ranges published by ASD (M&FP). Sliding fee ranges are based on total family income. Call the Resource and Referral Specialist at 253-5064 for more information.

Parent Advisory Board Meeting

Join us to discuss how the Child & Youth programs can improve the quality of care you and your family receive. Share your experiences and improvement suggestions, and come to listen to new and upcoming events. A Parent Advisory Board is a parent engagement opportunity, and the best way for us to better serve our community is by hearing from you.
