Cardio Kickboxing & Conditioning

An energizing workout that blends martial arts-inspired cardio routines with muscle conditioning using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. Punch, kick, and move through high-intensity intervals designed to build strength, boost endurance, and torch calories—all while keeping the energy high and the combos fun.
Classes are on Thursdays from 5:15- 6:15 PM at IronWorks North Aerobics Rm.
