To celebrate 248 years of the US Marine Corps, participants of all ages are encouraged to attempt to swim 248 laps (24,800 meters) at IronWorks Indoor Pool starting October 11 to November 13. 

Registration opens TBD and closes November 13 at 8 PM. Record keeping will be available at the indoor pool for ease of tracking one’s progression. 

All SOFA status, JMSDF, MLC/IHA, and Contractor individuals are eligible for registration. 

$5 for a single entry

First 25 to complete the challenge receive a commemorative coin.
