Bridging the Generation Gap Virtual Class
There are several distinct generations in the workforce - Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials - and they all have their own perspectives, styles, and expectations. This workshop will help leaders leverage the differences between generations instead of just eliminating conflict. Learn ways to enhance and improve communication skills with those born in a different generation than yours. Call 229-639-7935 to register no later than 48 hours before class.
