New Year's Surf & Turf

Tun Alley will offer a Surf & Turf special, meticulously crafted by our Chef on New Year’s Eve, December 31, from 5-9 PM. Guests must make a reservation for this course. Please make reservations over the phone at 253-3363, at the Club Iwakuni Cash Cage, or at Tun Alley.

First Course

• Bang Bang Grilled Chicken Skewers
  Your choice of tender chicken, glazed in our signature creamy and spicy Bang Bang sauce, served atop a fresh arugula salad.

Second Course

• Strawberry & Feta Cheese Salad
  A refreshing composition of mixed greens, shredded cabbage, crunchy romaine lettuce, candied pecans, and crumbled feta cheese, tossed in a vibrant strawberry vinaigrette.

Third Course

• Surf & Turf with Red Wine Demi-Glace
  A succulent grilled tenderloin steak and a tender lobster tail, elegantly finished with a rich red wine demi-glace.
