Get ready for a high-energy week where fitness meets fun! At the Youth Fitness Summer Camp, kids will enjoy an action-packed blend of physical activity, skill-building, and classic summer camp excitement.
Here’s what parents can expect their children to experience throughout the week:
- Professional Coaching: Campers will receive expert instruction to help improve their skills in cartwheels, balancing, bar work, flips, and more.
- Strength & Flexibility Training: Daily exercises designed to boost overall fitness and body awareness.
- Active Play: Running, jumping, dancing—fun, movement-based activities that keep kids engaged and energized.
- Obstacle Courses: Challenging and exciting courses that promote agility, coordination, and confidence.
- Friendly Competitions: Light-hearted contests designed to motivate and inspire.
- Team Building: Group activities that emphasize teamwork, communication, and camaraderie.
- Creative Outlets: Creative fitness-themed crafts so kids can express themselves and take home lasting memories
It’s more than just a camp—it’s a full-body adventure where kids grow stronger, more confident, and have a blast doing it!
Class Information
- Classes are at IronWorks Atago Aerobics Rm.
- July 20 - July 31 1
- For patrons ages 5 years to 18 years (varies each class)
- Classes are limited to ten (10) participants; Minimum two (2) participants
Drop-in Available. Drop-in rates are available to any remaining spots at various price points per participant per class. A promo code will be available at the door of the class for payment.
Participants are allowed to sign up for ONE (1) class only to allow more children the opportunity to participate in youth fitness classes. If you have multiple children who wish to participate in youth fitness, you are welcome to try registering all of them in the age and level-appropriate class, but only one class per child.
All classes will begin with a warm-up and stretching, followed by a time to learn and practice new movement patterns, ending with a bit of strength work and a cool down.

Attire
- Girls: A leotard (preferred) and shorts/leggings/pants OR tighter-fitting athletic clothing (loose-fitting clothing is a safety hazard for the fitness instructor in the event they need to assist the participant in a movement skill; it is also best for any skills requiring the participant to go upside down). Hair should be pulled back from the face as much as possible (a bun is advised for very long hair). No jewelry or socks.
- Boys: Tighter-fitting athletic clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts (loose-fitting clothing is a safety hazard for the fitness instructor in the event they need to assist the participant in a movement skill; it is also best for any skills requiring the participant to go upside down). For longer hair, please pull back from the face as much as possible. No jewelry or socks.
Camp Themes
Each day of camp will take kids on a different journey through the galaxy with themed dress-up and activities:
- Day 1: Blast off to space! Dress up space themed, think astronauts or NASA
- Day 2: Out-of-This-World Dress-Up Day, think Alien themed
- Day 3: Galaxy day! Think tie dye!
- Day 4: Glow Day! Think neon!
- Day 5: Reach for the Stars Celebration Day! Think gold, silver, sparkles!
