A dynamic workout that combines resistance training, cardio, and endurance exercises using a variety of equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands. This high-paced class targets full-body fitness, helping you build strength, boost stamina, and stay energized from start to finish.
Classes are on Mondays from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM at IronWorks North Aerobics Rm.
