Volunteer Opportunity: Spartan Race

Support an upcoming Spartan Race outside of Phoenix.

SHIFTS
Saturday, February 15:

• Half-Day AM: 6:30AM - 2PM*
• Half-Day PM: 12PM - 7PM*
• Full-Day: 7AM - 7PM

Sunday, February 16:

• Half-Day AM: 6:30AM - 2PM*
• Half-Day PM: 12PM - 7PM*
• Full-Day: 7AM - 7PM

Group Shifts:
Full-Day (12 hours) or Half-Day (7-8 hours) shift on one or both race days (your choice).

* Shift times are subject to change 2 weeks prior to meet production needs. A bigger need for Sunday volunteers has been communicated, but they will be happy to still take Saturday support!

TASK(S)
Festival Area

• Volunteers help in areas like the start line corral, at the finish line passing out medals and t-shirts, or at bag check assisting racers with bag drop and pickup.
• A zone leader will provide training and serve as a first point of contact should volunteers need anything (a question, a snack, or a bathroom break)! 

Course

• Volunteers cheer on races as they pass by and serve as our eyes and ears should racers need medical assistance, by using a provided radio to call our medic team.
• A zone leader (staff member) provides radio training and serves as a first point of contact should volunteers need anything ( a question, a snack, or a bathroom break)!
