This beach yoga gathering is a space for military spouses to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Life in the military community can be full of change, distance, and constant motion—this is a moment to slow it all down.  All levels are welcome. 

No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a mat or towel, and an open heart.
