Price Matching

We will price match the final sale price of identical items, in new condition, in retail packaging, available to purchase at any brick-and-mortar store operating within a U.S. state, or select online retailers.

Price Match Requirements:

• Final Sale Price – Competitor price after all discounts are applied. Shipping, handling, and taxes are not included.
• Identical Item – Item for item match – count, brand, model, series. Sizes and colors are not required to be identical.
• New Condition – The item being matched must be considered new.
• In Retail Packaging – The item being matched must be considered as packaged in its original state to sell.

Did you know you can set up an account to shop online and ship items direct to the MCX or to any address?

1. Go to mymcx.com/ or mynavyexchange.com/
2. Create an account (to see pricing): You will need your name, email, and DOD ID number.
3. After creating an account you are ready to shop! Add virtually anything to your cart.
4. After adding items to your cart, click on the shopping cart icon, and proceed to check out.
5. You will be given the option to ship to an address of your choosing or to your selected MCX store.
6. After choosing your shipping location, continue to payment.
7. Select your payment method and enter the corresponding information.
8. Place your order!

Special Orders

Can't find what you need? Come to the Customer Service Counter at the MCX and make a special order!

A special order is defined as an order for an item not offered or stocked at the site that the customer wishes to purchase.

• Allow 2-4 months minimum for delivery

Super Star Student

Earning good grades earns you a gift card at your MCX. 

• Participating students should visit their MCX within 30 days of receiving his/her report card.
• Once it is determined that the student meets the criteria, they will receive one scratch-off card with a guaranteed prize.
• Each student has the opportunity to win one MCX gift card valued at $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, or $250!
