Transition Affects You Too. Separating or Retiring from the Corps is not just paperwork and protocols for service members. It means BIG CHANGES for the whole family.
Never too Early. It’s never too early to be prepared for such a huge change. TRS starts 24 months out for service members. Spouses can attend STARS anytime! If your active-duty service member is even contemplating separation or retirement, it’s the perfect time to learn more about those decisions’ future impacts on the family.
