Megahira Ski Trip

Join Outdoor Recreation on a trip to the most popular Ski Resort in Hiroshima, Megahira Ski Resort.

This resort offers 8 runs of varying difficulty, the longest course being 2300m long, as well as cafes and restaurants along the slopes to provide a great ski town atmosphere.

The bus departs Bldg. 1010 at 7 AM and returns that evening around 7:30 PM The trip is $25 for adults and $20 for children ages 11 and under. This cost does NOT include the lift ticket price.  Lift tickets will be purchased at the ski area upon arrival. For additional information, call Outdoor Recreation at 253-3842/3822.

Please come to Outdoor Rec Gear Issue to reserve your Ski or Snowboard equipment on Tuesday, December 10, or Wednesday, December 11.

CASI Snowboard Class 

Cost per person | $15

Let's start snowboarding with Canadian Snowboarding Association instructors! Lessons are available for beginners. Classes are held during our ski trip. Instruction takes about half a day to complete using the "CASI Quick Ride" system. 

Instruction includes:

• Basics
• Sliding
• Control
• Turning and linking
