We understand the challenge of finding affordable, safe housing within a reasonable commute to Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar. That’s why the Marine Lodge Miramar, in collaboration with the Commanding Officer, MCAS Miramar, is excited to introduce the “Walk to Work” program.

- Live Close, Save More: By living at the Marine Lodge, you can avoid the daily stress and cost of commuting.
- Affordable Leases: Monthly lease fees are structured to help you save money. Depending on your rank, you can retain at least $700 of your Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) each month for other expenses.
- Flexible Commitments: Initial lease terms start at just four months, with the option to continue month-by-month.
Program Details:
- Launch Date: Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
- Pet-Friendly: Dogs and cats under 80 pounds are welcome (additional fees apply).
- Limited Availability: Spaces are limited, so act fast to secure your spot!
