  • You can make Reservations for Monday through Friday (except for Holidays) in person at Ironworks North Front desk between 4 AM - 9 PM.
  • Massage reservations on the weekend also require an after-hours card which can also be requested (free) at Ironworks North.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Full Refund for Cancellations 12+ hours: Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations can be made in person or by calling the IronWorks North Gym Front Desk at 253-3611 or 0827-79-3611 (MON - FRI, 4 AM-9 PM, excluding holidays). For after-hours cancellations, please Reply All to the booking confirmation email to notify our therapists.
  2. 50% Service Fee for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 12 hours or less before the appointment will incur a 50% service fee. The same cancellation methods apply. Rescheduling must be done in person at the IronWorks North Gym front desk, and 50% of the service fee must be paid at the time of rescheduling.
  3. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or attend the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge for the service fee.
  4. Booking and Payment: All appointments must be made in person at the IronWorks North Gym front desk during business hours, and full payment is required at the time of booking.
  5. Prenatal Massages: Prenatal massages are only available for clients 20 weeks or more into their pregnancy.
  6. Minors: We do not provide services to minors under any circumstances.
  7. Medical Considerations: Massage may be contraindicated for certain medical conditions. Please consult your healthcare provider if uncertain and provide a referral if necessary. An intake form will also be completed before the service.
  8. Code of Conduct: Any illicit or sexually inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund. The incident may also be reported for further action.
  9. Right to Refuse Service: Massage therapists reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion.
  10. Please ensure you have showered before the scheduled appointment and have no exposed wounds.
  11. No alcohol consumption 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above, including but not limited to our cancellation policy, fees for no-shows or late arrivals, and any other terms mentioned. Your booking is considered confirmation of your acceptance of these terms, and you agree not to dispute or refute them at any time after the appointment has been scheduled. Should you have any questions regarding these policies, please address them before confirming your appointment.
