100 Mile Challenge
Join in a community-wide effort to promote fitness with a goal challenge.

The Semper Fit Human Performance Program provides health education that encourages people to increase control over and to improve their full health potential. Health fairs, classes, workshops, and awareness campaigns are some of the activities provided by the Semper Fit Human Performance Program.
Achieve your fitness goals with a certified personal trainer. We also offer MicroFit and Body Fat Assessments by appointment only.
We can offer information on various health topics as unit briefings or as individual consults for the active duty community.
Group training services available for active duty personnel that are in need of improving PFT, CFT, or to meet military standards. Unit PTs with our fitness instructors are available by request.
Maybe you’re interested in teaching a fitness class, or earning your certification. The Health Promotion department is always looking for contracted instructors.
Participants are allowed to sign up for ONE (1) class only to allow more children the opportunity to participate in youth fitness classes. If you have multiple children who wish to participate in youth fitness, you are welcome to try registering all of them in the age and level-appropriate class, but only one class per child.
All classes will begin with a warm-up and stretching, followed by a time to learn and practice new movement patterns, ending with a bit of strength work and a cool down. All classes are 60 minutes EXCEPT the advanced classes which are 90 minutes.
Drop-in Available. A drop-in rate is available to any remaining spots at various price points per participant per class. A promo code will be available at the door of the class for payment.
Class times are not interchangeable.
