The symposium, which is held each year in a different geographical region, focused on wellness and fitness as prevention, and topics included Marine Corps Total Fitness, Warrior Athlete Readiness and Resilience (WARR) center, Integrated Prevention, and the prevention of death by suicide.

The symposium revealed a palpable sense of commitment and dedication among attendees toward tackling the pressing issue of suicide within the Marine Corps.

Symposium participants included senior Marine Corps leaders, Suicide Prevention Program Coordinators and Officers, Religious Ministry Team personnel, Chaplains, family members, Marine Corps Community Services stakeholders, and embedded Integrated Prevention personnel.
